This villa is located in Podstrana just 15 minutes away from Split, the second biggest city in Croatia and also only 15 minutes away from Omiš and Cetina river. The nearest airport is only 26km away, seaport and central bus station is 9km away and the motorway that connects practically whole Croatia is only 22km away.
The municipality of Podstrana has 10,403 inhabitants. The area of Podstrana belongs to the zone of a pleasant Mediterranean climate, which favors the cultivation of all Mediterranean crops in agriculture: olives, vines, figs, carobs, citrus fruits, peaches, and vegetable growing, which thrives throughout the year due to the mild climate.
